I too have noticed that comments and hits definitely fall on the weekends, I guess there is more to life than just blogging. I'll leave this photo business to you guys who live in the US.
i know what you mean about the traffic -- it's like, on weekends, people do ... something other than, you know, be online. i have no idea what the might do, but, well, apparently they're doing it.
Jeezus, I go away for a weekend and some kind of photo-thon starts up. I wish I would have known this, I would have loved to do it because on a typical weekend day I burn through at least a roll of film on each of 3 different cameras, and also fill up my memory card on my digital. I'm a photo geek with 3 dresser drawers filled up with negatives and prints!

We were at White Point in San Pedro yesterday and I was totally wishing I'd brought my camera. I really need to get in the habit of carrying it with me everywhere. :/
