Um, I'm going to try and explain this...
hotboxing comes from smoking a cigarette too fast, and getting a large "cherry" at the end. This heats up the smoke more when inhaled and makes it less enjoyable. It happens frequently when people share a smoke. Usually you have to knock off the cherry and relight.

ahh! i see. no, that was just kind of a longish ash, due to me trying to hold the camera still and take pictures of it, all fumbly in the dark.

What kind of art-type thing was Kitty playing with?
It looks ever so craft-like?
Could also be a few years old? Maybe?

I love the look on her [?] face, it is as if she knows that she shouldn't quite be doing that, but is going to anyways. Almost a "I know what you are thinking, I don't give a damn"

The pix of the gigarette looks sultry and mysterious. And I love that kitty. Kitty is always doing something exciting!

The thought - Ping Tag.
I have no idea how it could work... But it's a thought. Hey, it's the holidays and we need a game to play while trapped at work. The alternative is Dye Your Hair Red or Green and Then Post Photos (Holiday Hair!) but Ping Tag seems easier.

...and the minor problem that I really cannot show up to work with green hair and maintain my job ("Holy Joker hair, Batgirl...").

...although maybe I could try Daniel's "Ice Green" hair spikey stuff <g>.

i think "what, again?" would be the most accurate depiction of the kitty's attitude towards me and my camera.

ping tag sounds fun, but the logistics are beyond me at this point.

Could you just footnote a blog entry with:

Tag!

with the word "Tag!" linking and pinging to your victim? Then that person has to do the same?

that is a puzzle thingy that can be arranged in a christmassy scene, then put back in the puzzle box. and yes, it's likely pretty old. all our xmas stuff is from chris's mom's collection.

Ahhh, the days of hotboxing are over for me. Sigh...
