whoever thought of stuffing jalapeno peppers with cheese, breading them and frying them and furthermore dipping them in ranch sauce, deserves some sort of prize. maybe the nobel peace prize, i don't know. something big.
they make me happy. i wish the whole world had some spicy happy food and some green tea with ginseng as a chaser.
ideally i wish we all had tamales, but nobody brought them to work today, so i had to make do. sigh.
Sounds good to me, hon. And, of coarse, some beer to go along with those jalapenos. Oh screw it. Gimme tequilla.

OMG - I'm having Christmas in San Antonio and I totally forgot to eat tamales! That is SO wrong of me! Must fix that after New Years though - too much turkey consumed at this point...

Mmmm. Jalepeno poppers. And I soooo miss tamales. And all decent Mexican food, actually. They don't know from hot and spicy here in Boston. I'm a legend at the grocery store for buying Tabasco once a month. Heh.

I LOVE POPPERS!!! At one resturant in KC they call them Armadillo Eggs, and they come in a little six egg carton with pepper jelly. YUMMY the best!!!
