Have him come as a tourist, after they are married he needs to rightaway apply for permanent residency and your daughter has to fill out an application for alien family member. There are 2 forms!! he HAS TO HAVE the whitevisa slip from the airport that they put in the passport. After he applies for residency he is not allowed to leave the US until it's all done with. He'll have 2 years probabtion time after which he get's a permanent resident card (green card) but he can work rightaway. if i can help with anything let me know and..oh, don't get a lawyer, it's easily doable alone. congrats
