also: is Yahoo toast? i’ve been checking out the MyWay portal a bit today — “no banners. no popups. no kidding”. clean, simple interface. i just love that it’s not flashing at me and jumping up and down all over my screen.
i mean, look how cool their news page is! refreshing, isn’t it, not to have flashy jumpy things all over the place?
It is nice, I hate Yahoo and am glad I never really have to use it (aside from email groups). And hey! Corey Feldman got married!
I’m just coming in here to whine. I miss Sponge Bob. His skin won’t stick on my server machine for some reason. I am baffled. I re-skinned Miss Kitty’s site and it stayed. but no Sponge Bob for me. *sniff*
i hate this weather. tomorrow i refuse to leave my house. i will close all of the blinds and turn the air on if i have to!

it’s now 9:47ish at night, it’s still hot as hell, my eyes are dry, my skin is starting to flake right off me, my lips are parched, the only thing not dry is the back of my neck. and i’m annoyed, mightily annoyed. grr.

kd, come to Iowa. It’s about 33 right now and on Sunday we’re supposed to be 26 for a high/7 for a low. And maybe snow! Yippeeee!!!
oh, i would so love some cold weather and some snow. i’ve actually seen snow up close, i think, two times? it seems like such a fun thing to have weather you can get bundled up for, there is just no real opportunity for bundling around here.
when i was a youngun, growing up in reeferside, it actually snowed there. it was like in the nineteen sixties or something. i think buffalo springfield was there.
Reeferside… that makes me laugh.
I never use Yahoo. Always used Google. I like myway – my husband loves Yahoo, though. Weirdo.
